I grew up as a typical Aussie battler—didn’t have much and made some big mistakes. I struggled with addiction, surrounded myself with the wrong people, and hit rock bottom more than once.
But those struggles shaped me. They taught me how to rebuild my life with confidence, grit, and purpose. I’ve been in that dark, anxious hole where it feels like there’s no way out. On the outside, I pretended everything was fine, but inside, I was falling apart.
I hated myself. I hated life.
