TRUSTED BY MELBOURNE ORGANISATIONS & ACROSS AUSTRALIA
Plenty of speakers can tell a comeback story.
Luke does something harder.
He uses his to open up the conversations most rooms avoid, about what's really driving behaviour underneath the job titles.
Melbourne audiences remember his keynotes for a simple reason: he's funny, he's honest, he's real, and he talks to people like a person, not a podium. That's what makes the message land.
The real work happens past the story. Luke unpacks the unspoken pressure, the habits people fall back on, and the inner battles that quietly shape how a team leads, communicates, and performs the stuff that rarely gets named in a boardroom.
What your people walk away with isn't a buzz that fades in a few days. It's something true, something they see themselves in, and something that actually creates some change

"Luke received overwhelming and sensational feedback. The audience raved about the content, delivery, and message from Luke. An absolute inspiration and such an incredible way to open the event!"
- Matt Alderton BX CEO

Who is Luke Kennedy?
A former state champion boxer, international best-selling author and business owner, Luke Kennedy now ranks among Australia's most sought-after keynote speakers, and is an outspoken advocate for mental health.
His path here wasn't a straight line. Luke came up through some of Australia's roughest streets and a violent, destructive period he had to claw his way out of, rebuilding himself from the ground up. That hard won perspective is exactly what he brings to the stage in Melbourne, helping organisations grow more resilient teams, sharper leaders and healthier workplace cultures.
What sets him apart is how fast he connects. Through blunt honesty, quick humour and stories people genuinely see themselves in, Luke gets an audience reflecting on how they really show up, at work and beyond.
"He's the best we've seen." — OPTUS

Sydney Motivational Speaker, Luke S. Kennedy, travelled down to Melbourne to present at the global entrepreneurship forum
Global Entrepreneurship Forum, Melbourne, 2017.
It's been a big week of speaking, and traveling across Australia.
On Tuesday 27th Feb I was the keynote speaker at Bxnetworking, a networking event in Sydney. It was one of those energetic mornings filled with inspired business owners, and entrepreneurs, from across Sydney.
On Wednesday 1st March I flew North to Brisbane to speak at Windaroo Valley State High. I'm still getting some motivating messages from the student's there which gives me a burst of gratification. I enjoy hearing their thoughts. I enjoy them telling me that they will no longer what what people think. My desire is to reduce youth depression and anxiety.
It's now Saturday 4th March as I write this and I'm on my way back from Melbourne.
I flew to Melbourne early this morning, and after a delayed flight, and 30 minute Uber ride, I finally made it to The Global Entrepreneurship Forum, Melbourne.
I was guest speaker at the Sydney leg of the event last month, and I was really looking forward to this trip down to Melbourne. I love speaking, and motivating, a room of people that are hungry for knowledge and personal development. It's the sort of audience who passionately nod their heads when agreeing with what you're saying. After the talk I enjoy connecting with the audience to answer any questions they may have or stories they like to tell. Everyone has a story to tell, and I enjoy hearing entrepreneurs journeys. A lot of success stories that come out of hardship.
I'm a sucker for an underdog!
